Warranty

Replacement Warranty: V-Flap mud flap comes with 12 month Replacement Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, provided defect has not been caused by misuse, careless handling, or where repairs and modifications have been made or attempted by parties other than manufacturer. See Returned Goods section for specific instructions.

Limitation of Warranty: Seller warrants to Buyer all goods, if properly installed, used only in the service for which recommended by Seller, and undamaged from any external cause, against defective material and workmanship. If Seller finds the equipment to be defective, the Seller will repair or replace it without charge. Except as provided by this paragraph Seller shall not be liable for any labor, transportation or other expense required to replace or repair defective goods nor in any event for any general, special or consequential damages arising out of or occasioned by a defect or failure of any goods sold to Buyer, nor for any loss arising from the use or resale thereof. Any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness in any other warranty specified above is expressly excluded.  This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities on its part.

Returned Goods: All returned goods must have an authorization number assigned by Mudguard Technologies, LLC. Items returned for credit will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be returned FREIGHT PREPAID. No items, except those covered under Replacement Warranty, can be returned beyond one (1) month from the date of shipment. Customer must supply Mudguard Technologies, LLC with invoice number and purchase order number from which shipment was made. ONLY CURRENT MODEL PARTS IN SALABLE CONDITION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Unauthorized returns will not receive any credits and be subject to 25% handling charge.
